1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and 96phd ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our"), a Philippine-registered online gaming operator licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise engaging with 96phd services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of 96phd services and refrain from creating an account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must meet all of the following criteria to register and use 96phd services:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of registration.
• You are a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create a 96phd account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in the Philippines
• Residential address within the Philippines

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure accuracy at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination.

2.3 Identity Verification

96phd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or postal ID), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of deposits, withdrawals, or gaming privileges.

2.4 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active 96phd account. Opening multiple accounts for any reason, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, or circumventing account restrictions, is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds and winnings.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 96phd account credentials, including your username, password, and any authentication methods. You agree to:

3.2 Liability for Account Activity

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. 96phd shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if such use occurs due to your failure to maintain account security. You agree to indemnify and hold 96phd harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of your account credentials.

3.3 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:

• Sharing or transferring your account to another person
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Money laundering or processing transactions for third parties

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

96phd accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (InstaPay, PesoNet), online banking, and other payment methods listed on our platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Deposit Processing Times

Most deposit methods are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing time. 96phd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.3 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used to deposit funds must be registered in your name and linked to your verified 96phd account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 96phd reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership and may refuse deposits or reverse transactions that violate this policy.

4.4 Transaction Fees

96phd does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, bank, etc.) may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, are disclosed during the withdrawal request process.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of available funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account is fully verified with valid identification documents
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold (typically PHP 100)
• All applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled
• The withdrawal method is the same as or compatible with your deposit method

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

96phd processes most withdrawal requests within 10 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours. Weekends and Philippine public holidays may extend processing times.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Standard limits are PHP 50,000 per day, PHP 200,000 per week, and PHP 500,000 per month. VIP accounts may have higher limits. Withdrawal limits are designed to comply with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering requirements.

5.4 Verification Requirements

96phd reserves the right to request additional identity verification, source of funds documentation, or proof of address before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in withdrawal rejection or account closure.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

96phd offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

96phd prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account termination.

6.4 Right to Refuse or Cancel Bonuses

96phd reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at our sole discretion if we believe the bonus has been obtained fraudulently, abused, or claimed in violation of our terms. This includes situations where we suspect coordinated play, automated betting, or any form of unfair advantage.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generation

All games offered on 96phd utilize certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by 96phd or any player.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Each game on 96phd displays its theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the expected long-term payout of the game. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions. Actual results may vary significantly in the short term.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

All game malfunctions void pays and plays. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our control, including internet connection issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service disruptions.

7.4 Irregular Play

96phd monitors gameplay for irregular patterns that may indicate fraud, collusion, or unfair advantage. Activities flagged as irregular play include:

• Coordinated betting with other players
• Exploiting known software bugs or vulnerabilities
• Using external software or tools to gain unfair advantage
• Delayed betting or taking advantage of late results

Detection of irregular play may result in bet cancellation, winnings confiscation, and account termination.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 96phd platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, software code, and game designs, is the property of 96phd or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use 96phd services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any 96phd content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or games
• Use any 96phd trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 96phd website
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action and account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 96phd, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of 96phd services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Service interruptions or technical malfunctions

• Third-party payment processor errors or delays

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of 96phd services shall not exceed the amount of funds you have deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Grounds for Termination

96phd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Breach of responsible gaming policies or self-exclusion requirements
• Instructions from PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities

10.2 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination:

• Your access to 96phd services will be immediately revoked
• All pending bonuses and promotional offers will be forfeited
• Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting applicable fees and charges
• Funds associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closures are subject to a 7-day processing period. During this period, you may cancel your closure request. Once finalized, account closures are permanent and cannot be reversed. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.

11. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

• Self-exclusion options (temporary or permanent)

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 96phd regarding your use of our services.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms. 96phd may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to any third party without your consent.
